The program focuses on women entrepreneurs with viable business ideas or existing small businesses that need support to grow. Selection criteria include business viability, commitment, and potential for community impact.

Participants receive comprehensive training in business planning, financial management, marketing, product development, and sector-specific skills relevant to their business. Mentorship is also provided for ongoing guidance.

Our current repayment rate is over 95%. Loans are designed with fair terms and affordable payment schedules. As loans are repaid, funds revolve to support more entrepreneurs.

We track business survival rates, income growth, job creation, loan repayment rates, and improvements in family welfare including education and healthcare access for the entrepreneurs' families.
