Frequently Asked Questions

We primarily use deep borehole wells with solar-powered pumps, which provide reliable, clean water even during dry seasons. Each system is designed for the specific geological conditions of the location.

Community members contribute labor, local materials, and form water management committees that oversee maintenance, fair distribution, and collect small user fees for repairs. This ensures community ownership and sustainability.

We install appropriate filtration systems, conduct regular water quality testing, and train community members on water safety practices, proper storage, and system maintenance.

Each community establishes a maintenance fund from small user fees. We train local technicians who can handle basic repairs, and our technical team provides support for more complex issues.
